Where do I Start?

I don't really know where to start. Life has been busy. Too busy to blog! Busy, but very blessed.

Our first big news is that we are having another baby! Due in early January 2009. I have been pretty sick at my stomach for the last month or so, but I am now starting to feel a little better.
We finally told Robby on his Birthday and he seemed totally oblivious, despite the fact that he tells everyone he is having a baby sister.... he is wishing.. we don't know yet!

Robby turned 3! We had a nice Birthday party with Brian's parents, my mom, and Shelly and Ella. Robby got lots of cool things, including his first car! Then we went to Sea World on Saturday to celebrate his Birthday some more. This time with my Dad and Susie, Uncle Matt and Morgan, and Shelly and Caleb. It was a hot and fun day...(notice the order I mentioned that in hot then fun)....it was hot!

We have also had a special two weeks of Grandma and Papa living with us! They moved here from San Angelo and have decided to settle in Conroe, but we really enjoyed having them stay with us. We all got a long so well and of course Robby was thrilled to wake up every morning to them being here. In fact we are all missing them this week with them being away. It will be so nice to have them living so close!

I have been very busy with church activities. We are doing a monthly production for a family experience called FM 649 which is short for Families Matter Duet 6:4-9. I feel very blessed to be working on it, but it takes a lot of work.
I feel so passionate about what it is for though that it makes it all worth it. I am glad that this verse was brought to my attention, because I hope to achieve this with our family.

Duet 6:4-9
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. 5 Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. 6 These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. 7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. 8 Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. 9 Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.
